Confidentiality Agreement: Advice needed

Nobody replied to my question . I wonder if my thread is going to be moved under the "Removed Threads" section by the moderators and get a red text saying "Why Removed? Thread is unlikely to be answered because nobody cares".

Confidentiality Agreement: Advice needed
4

Hi all. I hope you are having a nice Sunday. I was wondering if I could get some advice here about Confidentiality Agreements. I will be commisioning a number of artists to produce work for a project as part of my PhD research. There are two things I am worried about. The first thing is this: I will need to give all of the applicants a project brief before I select the individual artists that will take part. Is there any way I can protect my project by asking all the applicants to sign an agreement? The second thing is, I will be telling a great deal about my PhD to the selected artists. I assume I should be asking them to sign a Confidentiality agreement. Am I right? Do I need to prepare this myself? Does anyone have any experience of a similar situation? Thank you in advance.

But in most cases, people don't come to the forum just to moan about things; they need advice and they want to solve problems. Therefore the majority of postings are about bad things.

In that case, reading this forum should make you feel even better. First of all, I am glad to hear the nice things are happening. You should not feel guilty at all. But perhaps you can use your experiences to make other people feel good by giving positive examples of your accomplishments.

Stu, it sounds like you are in a mood to argue. Is something wrong?

Nice one Ann :-). And I loved watching Bambi when I was young. Apparently it is now digitally restored, I must add it to my DVD list to watch again.

No Stu, 404 is not a geek. She was just "bored" at the time. And there are many things "you don't need" appear on these boards. Do you reply to all of them???

In a linear conception of time, the future is the portion of the timeline that is still to occur, i.e. the place in space-time where lie all events that still have not occurred. In this sense the future is opposed to the past (the set of moments and events that have already occurred) and the present (the set of events that are occurring now).

Is your research practice-based by any chance James? Do you have other arrangements with a university in Hong Kong, or are you working from home? Thank you for your reply by the way.
