I would pay off my mortgage and all the ones on the properties my parents own. Then I would start buying more properties. My parents would retire and I would send them on a round the world tour. I would do this all in secret and not tell anyone except immediate family. I would also DEFINATELY finish the PhD but maybe start my own company in my subject area.

My parents have sky+ will all the channels, its heaven!
I have normal sky which is fine, I like the packages I can choose but I do get annoyed with adverts.

Bobby, thats still really young! I will be 28 when I finish, a bit too close to 30 for my liking as I have always wanted at least one by the time I was 30.
