To be honest, I'm not bothered about publications. If I do manage to get one, I will be pleased but as I'm not planning to stay in academia, it shouldn't be an issue for me.

I can never nap unless really ill and even then it makes me feel worse.

My mum says I was really annoying when I was little as I would never take a nap in the afternoon.

Mind you, I never work in the evenings and at night unless its really urgent and running out of time.

I agree with you ULUG about the 14 month thing. Past couple of months I have been feeling really demotivated but luckily things have just picked up.

I have to admit, I could easily live without a tv as I much prefer reading however the OH is addicted. Hence we have sky+ (which I pay for may I add). I love the food channel though, I would miss it.
