Seems like today is a day for achievements and good news!!!!!
Firstly Congrats!!!! Amendarf......wow!!! wat a great feeling!!!! *hugs* gud for u.... u deserve it...u worked so hard baby!! u really did.....But now that u have a second chance grab it with both hands....Starting t'row...hope u have a gud nights sleep tonite,,, coz t'row is another day with the laptop and ur work!!!!
Wooow!!! Lara....great ...u finished chapter 1 in 2 days!! unbelievable.... that was amazing... I take 2 days to just write an introduction of 7-8 pages.... u r one hellava amazing woman!!!!
Ruby!!! Great for juggling both work and more work(thesis writing) u r really gud at multitasking....I would have buckled under such immense pressure.....
I have such nice people whom I learn a lot everyday from... u guys whose real names also I dont know... but who have all been a true inspiration in various forms to me.... I salute each one of u...(up)

....... It was a gud lab meeting today.... I just updated everyone abt my work.....which sounded gud, even to me!!!! haha.... and then the first day at lab...was not as xciting as I thought, I was just shown where things were and I had to order for chemicals which werent there,,, so I didnt have any actual lab work to do... But t'row maybe!!!!!
So xcited for all of u ....

I know that u would be feeling really low... But what ur supervisor means is that ur draft would need a few changes.....Try asking him, where exactly he wants corrections or improvisations!!! Ask a friend who has done similar work to read through it and give some inputs....I know ur supervisiors comments may seem harsh, just use the negativity to empower urself and prove him wrong....I am sure that ur other supervisor will give u better inputs.... It is normal to think that ur thesis could have been written better, because no doubt u have high standards for urself, but please realise that u have written it with the best of ur abilities..... Go on look at ur thesis with a microscopic eye and try to rectify/improve things that u can..... Cheer up!!!!! I am sure that ur thesis is really gud!!!!

Lara...Gud luck with the introduction....I think that would be the most important chapter!!! as I always feel most people who read the thesis give most importance to it!!!
Read a lot of stuff yesterday....and today I got up at 10 am.....Ridden by GUILT.... I sat in feront of the comp and typed and typed and typed some words, taking only a lunch break and loo breaks!!!!! How well guilt works into propelling me into working harder and faster!!!:-)
Ok I am back to face the battle with my battle face!!!:-s

One of my friends called me in the middle of the night and said in a very serious and urgent tone"I think I need to see a physcatrist soon!!!' and I asked her why?? and she replied "Because I am enjoying writing my thesis-so something has to be seriously wrong with me!!!"......
Lets all get down to the buisness of seriously enjoying our writing!!!!
P.S- yeah!!! i know i need some psychatric help too..... wats life without a little madness!!!!;-)

Lara... How is Chapter 5 treating u??;-) One of my friends who is on the way to finish her writting up chants' I love my PhD..I love my PhD' aloud!!!! So that she is convinced of it herself!!!!! :-) Its her way of motivating herself.....!!! Abt my dad..yeah !! he is nice, but but ..he is also the man who told me that PhD is an abbreviation for Permanent Head Damage!!!;-)
I am in college right now .... and I have read a couple of papers... need to read more and then put that in writing... THought I would finish most of the reading today, and start with the writing in the evening!!!
