I know this thread started and finished three days ago - but I'm feeling a bit like sylvester tonite. Is it common to 'think too much'?
The only way I can fall asleep most nights is to talk radio - listening to other people's talk keeps my busy mind off things in my own life; a welcome break.
I think far too much before I try to sleep, some nights I'm lucky if I have any sleep...I seem to over analyse every detail! However, I have just had 10 hours sleep, my most in ages...so maybe things are getting better!
