Confession time: I did something silly when this thread first appeared on the forum. Thinking it would be clever, I changed the date on my computer to year 2045 and posted here saying "me". Of course it didn't work. The server's clock wrote over my computer's. I had to get back to work, so I worked all night on my report. Anyway, next day things started to go wrong on the computer, website's and software's certificates kept expiring etc. I even managed to send a couple of emails to my supervisor with the date 2045. Then suddenly (after a few attempts to install new certificates) I remembered that I changed the clock the night before. How stupid. (shy and silly smiley)

I once did something similar 404, cocked up my anto-virus one year licence, meaning I couldn't update my definitions. Had to reinstall it and email the provider to grovel.

oh that sounded bad. I mean it is comforting to hear that other people on the forum do mistakes like that too.
