Hopefully these all work - I've picked some of my favourite landscape pics here, so I hope you enjoy them! What are you doing with that transfer request?!

(Oh, and rugby's cool!)
Yessss!!! Thats exactly where I would like to live!
I love walking in extra busy streets (like the photo with your boyfriend). It makes me happy I know this sounds weird for many people but I really get very "high" when I am in busy places! I think I have the opposite of agoraphobia. I think I will definitely chose New York over Toronto now!!!!
And your photography is not bad at all!!
lol! He's not my "boyfriend", I'm a bloke XD Do I come off otherwise?
And I didn't take any of those photos 8( I wish I did cos some of those are really nice. I didn't have a digital camera, so all mine were printed.
But I'm the same! I loved walking around in those busy streets, but there are some quieter places you can go eg Central Park for a bit of a break 8) We went in the winter (november) - sometimes it was jumper and scarf weather, sometimes we were out in t-shirts, but the air was always crisp and clear! I hear it's not very nice there in the summer, though 8(
lol don't worry, "i00t2000" is pretty non-gender specific 8)
I think the only problem in the summer is that it gets very hot and stuffy. If you're not stuck in an office all day you'll probably still enjoy yourself - especially if you're going around and visiting some of the islands and what not 8) It'll still be great, don't worry!
Yeh, it's a while to wait, but that gives you plenty of time to work out where to go and what to see
Yes, and concentrate less on my project
I hate results sections! I think I will hire a statistician for this part of my thesis. And a programmer to set up the experiments and maybe an undergrad to run the experiments! Tha would be great! Although I think I would end up with a PhD in management instead
How is England doing btw?
It's ok 8) My football team lose quite often, too, so I'm used to it by now lol
I do have photos of S Africa, but they're not on my comp 8( my sister might have some, so I'll ask her if she does.
Sorry to hear you're stuck on your work 8( Time for a break to refresh your mind? Don't ask what I'm doing, it'll depress you even more! I have no plans, so I'm just going to relax. Big first day in the office on monday, so I just want to take it easy at the moment. Are you going to do another all-nighter?
aww lol! I've enjoyed chatting to you about stuff the past couple of days!
I hope you manage to get everything done tonight then! I feel like going and getting a coffee myself, the thought of you having loads of work to do is making ME feel tired, I feel so sorry for you! You getting any further with the results?
Ahh, thanks. I wish my supervisor had the same feelings as you about what I am going through at the moment!
All out of a sudden I have to do a "signal detection analysis" which I had never heard of before, so I got myself a huge book from the library (what a treat!) which will give me a HINT (according to my supervisor) of what I have to do! My data are also in a very complex form and I have to make a million changes in Excel before I can use them in the analysis!
Yes, go and get a coffee... relax...show me some photos and preferably stay up all night to keep me company I am soooo bored!
lol!! Your super doesn't sound very nice 8( And I've had to deal with complicated data before, too. Sometimes complicated data that I had no idea how to understand! Oh yes, the joys of interdisciplinary courses at Uni -_- Mixing oceanography with marine biology is BAD. Good luck with that Signal Detection Analysis! It sounds weird :s
I'm only seeing my sis tomorrow, so I'll see what I can do about the photos then.
Thats ok! For me tomorrow means today. I will be in the same desk reading the same draft over and over...
I just noticed. You are English and you drink coffee! Amazing! I started a kind of "healthy living", eating cheese puffs(?) (first time after I was in the kindergarden) and drinking innocent smoothies (mmmm I love them! Both )
Do you live alone, with friends, family, sister, flatmates?
