Oh no, I think I've just been put off pickled eggs too :o(

I broke my tooth on a pork scratching in a pub when I was 18. That was the last time I ever ate them and I can't believe I ever did eat the revolting hairy things!

Endnote technophobia- help!

errigallass, there is a lot more to EndNote than just producing reference lists! Could you also attend a workshop, might be worth asking your Uni library or IT people. A couple of hours in a workshop learning how to use it could save you many more hours of document formatting time. Good luck!

After installation, you should find that you have more functionalities in MS Word, so you can insert a reference from your EndNote library directly into your document. You can also download references from online databases so you can avoid typing references into your library (and all the typos that can result from this!)

Find out if your Uni runs any EndNote workshops.

The final version of the lit review in my (science) thesis was 14,000 words, 51 pages of A4 (double spaced, 12pt Times New Roman) including references (about 200). I think mine was probably longer than average though, my project was multidisplinary and there was lots to cover.

I can recommend Mitchell Tonk's 'Fresh'. Gorgeous but simple seafood recipes and great photos. ISBN 0-718-14628-X
