XJR, you are right.
Apollo, these informations are from www.dvla.gov.uk and they should be true.
However wherever in the EU you must register the car after 6 months.
Yes it’s a LH drive car.
I have no fog light so I should make it installed.
The headlamps and side repeater indicators should be adjusted.
The speedometer should be fitted to miles per hour.
Apollo, in fact I don’t need to import it inside the EU but I should register the car in the UK which is not so different from the tax free importation. And the registration is compulsory after 6 months.

Hi, I'm thinking to bring my car in UK from EU. It is an Opel Corsa 1.4. I know that I have to register it and make technical adjustments for UK specifications. How much will it cost?
I had the interview. It was fine. The supervisors selected me for the position. The industrial sponsor also supports the decision of the supervisors. But the personnel department doesn’t want to give me the position because I am too old! (I am 33) Meanwhile I rejected a PhD position in my country because I didn’t know that I would have a problem. Now I am desperate.
Hi,
I already made a tele-conference with my future supervisors. They told there were few finalist and when they make a decision they would call me. They finally called me. Before the final desicion they want to have a meeting with me in the department so they can show the lab and the team. I should make a presentation of my master thesis to the team. I am very nervous. My thesis was about a subject completely different than this phd project and I have few knowledge on this new subject. I am also a foreign student and I don’t know if my English would be big handicap. The meeting is in two weeks. What should I wait for? Can you give me some advice? Thank you.
