I'm writing my 5,000 word upgrade report. The first section states that it should be a brief section. How many words would you say is suitable for this brief section, considering the report is 5k?

I have never used a fax machine in my life (I thought they were long gone like floppy disks), and yet I need to change the name on my paypal account, and have to do this via fax (it won't work when attempting to upload my documents).

Has anyone used one of the free fax machine services online, and if so how was it? I need one which will let me send 4 pages and a cover sheet to the US (I presume that's where paypal is?!). Also, the ones I have tried so far ask for a 10 digit fax number, and the paypal fax number is 11 digits, any ideas? :$

I've not been around for 5 days (which means 5 days of no work), as we went away fro the weekend and I've been doing some summer work the past couple of days. So I really must get on with things as I havea na ever-closing deadline!

Goal 1- read everything written so far for upgrade
Goal 2- tackle section 4 of upgrade

I'm done at 14 today! Now off to do the food shop!

I've had a bit of a slow start this morning. Didn't wake up until 9am, and I've been sitting at my desk for half an hour waiting for my computer to load, after I installed a stupid virus protection :-s I really need to crack on because I'm going away for the weekend on Fri morning, and need to analyse 3 interviews by then!

Goal 1- finished analysing s interview
