Touch and Go! I don't think I will be getting any sleep today.

Have stalled trying to save my chapter - and still need to sort out the plates.

It has to be done, so it will be, to what standard I really don't feel confident that this chapter will be good. :(

Thanks!!! I have to redraft about 3,000 words today - and sort out about 40 illustrations and list them in the plate list.

Turned the computer off and had a bit of a cry.

But I am going to have lunch, buy something to snack on - and be back with avengance!

Hugs Pam W. I am in a similar position - and I will leave a longer message when I hand in my thesis Monday evening.

The last two months have been incredibly stressful -living on a credit card and eventually getting casual work and just about making this months rent. At the end of last week I got another part time casual job so hopefully things will get easier until the viva is over...

I just completed my doctoral thesis's introduction whilst listening to Britney Spears "Lucky" c. 2000 :p

Listening to frivolous pop from the 90s is the only way of denying to myself how serious the thesis process is!

So aged and bitter. Somebody thought I looked 20 today - which amazes me. I am 26 - almost 27. I thought this process had aged me like the chalace in Indiana Jones!

Back to work......I'll be here until 2am!
