I am horribly disorganised. And waste so much time. I deserve everything my stupid work strategy throws at me!

At least I am currently typing the in the daylight looking at my plants on the windowsill, that is quite restful. But at night, I feel the pressure, and actually work!

Hmm alien's travel thousands of lightyears to be here, and they aren't even polite enough to say hello properly...

I'm going to be up all night for the forseeable future. I've had a stressful month with my bike being stolen, and golfish dying, and not knowing where to go with my chapter. So chapter due in a week, and a lot to do.

Writing up in phases?

I too am writing up in stages, chapter by chapter. I am on chapter two at present. I have been told that I will have to rewrite large parts at the end though, but must start now.

How I actually got to Winchester:

National Express Manchester - London

(delayed by 1 hour due to traffic jam, coach driver getting lost in Milton Keynes, and rain) Missed national express connection, national express paid for a two and half hour taxi ride for me.

Taxi London-Winchester

Train Winchester -Birmingham - Manchester

Phew!

I had no idea you lived in Manchester! I would have named 8th Day etc by name otherwise! lol. Yeah, places like Unicorn and 8th Day are great, but I still need to label check sometimes as non-vegan stuff slips in...

Good luck cake hunting.

A one layer vegan wedding cake, enough for 20 people is about £30.

Maybe worth a go.

This online company does catered vegan wedding cakes:

I mean, you could just go into a bakery and make your needs known. I mean, substituing the eggs, milk, and icing shouldn't be too hard for them!

Sleepyhead: depending where you live there should be a shop in your area that will seel vegan food. Normally in some kind of co-operative like 'Unicorn' or in generic 'health food' or vegetarian grocers'. You might find it easy to just bake a vegan cake, it really is very easy and cheaper than buying one. I would reccomend:

Dieterly, L (2003) Sinfully Vegan: Over 140 Decadent Desserts to Satisfy Every Vegan's Sweet Tooth

Failing that, just do a websearch for a recipe - it will be easy to follow. The alternatives to milk and eggs are easy to get in any supermarket and cheap too.
