My two stupid phobias are mirrors & escalators. I fell down an escalator as a small kid, as some stupid fool stopped at the top to gossip with her mate she had seen, there was no whre else to go but down, so now i avoid them with a passion. Mirrors, is a sle confidence thing I think.

Tell me about it Claudia, I saw my supervisor the other day and she wants a summary of a 45 page review article by Monday morning. What is everyone's plans for the weekend?

It was my first day, non event really.
I registered, which was my quickest ever, then went to IT to get my details, and then the library. When I went to my department, everyone was at lunch, so I had to wait for 1.5 hours! I was later shown our computing room, and given keys & good luck! Have to wait till Wednesday before anything will happen.
