I've already submitted but did a clear out of my office yesterday and found my original ethical approval letter (I thought I'd lost it and so used an emailed one from the ethics people in my thesis). Made me think of you Wally... I was tempted to enlarge, laminate and find 2 old folk to present it to me with a bunch of flowers...

I am so bad with paperwork that I now scan and save anything remotely important :-)
