that was erik ringmar! as i recall he didnt say that undergrads should look elsewhere because they would be taught by phds he said something along the lines of that the student experience at LSE may not be better than at a less prestigious uni like London Met. i remember reading the transcript of his open day talk and thought it was pretty honest. he has a blog something, google it.
