Good morning, misspacey. Hope you have a productive all-nighter - there'll be fewer distractions anyway. Like me, just keep telling yourself: it'll all be worth-it in the end.
writing about john locke at 01:07 is a little surreal. Hope it makes sense in the morning.

24 July 2008 23:23 Choo choo! All aboard the nocturnal workers' express! Who'll be joining me tonight as I travel along the route of late night, lonely work?
I'm up tonight too implementing a hastily devised work productivity rescue mission: Operation Night Owl. The heat is awful for me: a small room, a large window that lets in a lot of sunlight, poor ventilation and my computer and monitor giving lots of warmth. Days like this make me feel so grotty that it's difficult for me to concentrate. Tomorrow, I'm going to apply my advanced postgraduate problem solving skills by buying a load of ice pops! Tonight, I'll just try to do something productive, but I can't open my bloody window because of the all the damn moths
I would kill for a some Swedish Glace soy ice cream right now. So humid and sticky. Kill me!
My laptop seems to be overheating too, so not exacttly helping the situation.
I'm in a room where the radiator comes on when the water is heating up, so although I have a window open, it has been stifling. It's nice and cool now though. I'm trying to finish a chapter to send to my supervisor tomorrow. My deadline for my review panel isn't for two weeks but the selfish woman is going on holiday on thursday so I have to get it to her before then for feedback.
