Wow everyones doing loads of work! I've been training students and giving one-to one tuition - so am exhausted. Another 9-5 training session tomorrow. I have done it all against my sups wishes too - she'd rather I only did PhD work, so now have to catch up my PhD work at the weekend, so I'm sure to clock in on saturday :-)
I have a similar feeling, Button! But today I will achieve more than I have in the last few days. I'd like to get a good chunk of the paper I'm working on drafted out today.
If I can work through the stupid horn things while the football is on..
Goal 1: re-structure paper intro
Goal 2: complete intro with all literature
Procrastination station chez Ev this morning - since 11am I have cleared out my wardrobe, done the grocery shopping, walked the dog, washed a weeks worth of dishes, done 2 loads of washing, hoovered the entire house and washed the floors. B/f will be home at 6 starving as usual so I doubt any work will get done after that. So I have got exactly 1hr50 mins to make a start on reading the background papers I downloaded yesterday for the paper I'm trying to write. So goal1: read 4 papers
ah well I'm in a dilemma. I'm feeling uber tired, because of actually having to work this week! - I mean 3 9-5 days in a row! so very tired, it was all day facilitation of training on weds and fri and one-to one teaching ALL day with one student on thursday. So very sleeeepy.
I'm trying to work through my intro, as something is better than nothing. Hubs wants me to go to the pub for the footy, I wouldn't mind but its with his oafish family, so will be a bit dull, and their idea of fun is essentially taking the piss out of everything you do/say/wear so is a little tiresome. So not sure whether to stay and do work or go. hmmmm.
