To get admission you have to apply (thats down to you). Funding opportunities for Intl. students are very (read very, very, VERY rare). Look on this page for what is available. You'd be best advised to look for funding from your own sources.

UK universities basically see foreign students as revenue streams (i.e. a source of income). Funding for Intl. students at this level is as rare as hens teeth (practically non-existent). I would suggest you look to funding from your own country.

I actually didn't mean it in that sense at all. I was thinking in terms of the sacrifices that had to be made in parties personal and social lives. I think you're jumping to a conclusion (with both feet it seems) a trifle too eagerly.

Funding for non-UK/EU nationals is very (read VERY) difficult to obtain. There are links on this page to funding opportunities for overseas students. Writing a proposal is something you have to do for yourself. A search of the forum may gleam the odd idea or two though re structure.

A much better idea would be to 'get reading' rather than attempt to shortcut the process on here.
