If they want it pulled ring up HR and they'll pull it for them. To be honest I think you're making more out of this than's there. Its not that much of a big deal.

Very slight I personally think. If you do download something make sure you don't let it phone home though. If you have concerns can't you get a copy of your last Uni Library or is this not possible?

What do you mean 'how to get scholarships with the University of Kent'?

I would have thought you apply through the normal channels, and they give or don't give you one after deliberation.

Should I do a part time PhD?

'I have been told by my potential PhD supervisor that if I apply myself I can potentially do my PhD (part time) in 3 years! is this possible?'

Coming from a Busines/Management background and without trying to sound too pessimistic, you will probabaly need a 1st to get into the highly competeive world of Management Consultantancy. As a career, it really does attract some high flyers from top Uni's. It possibly is worth doing a MBA [thats what we are talking?], but be aware of the cost [of course], and that potential employers still won't overlook an average 1st degree. Sorry if that sounds blunt.
