It depends on your field. In science, a thesis is typically 60,000 to 80,000 words (excluding references and appendices). Each University will have specific guidelines for thesis presentation. Good luck with your PhD!

Publishing as undergraduate
G

It is possible to have ur paper at undergrad level published. I got it done, i was first author and 3 others contributed - I presented at a conferece and stuff. I got 88% in my project. The paper wasn't amazing when I look back but it was really difficult to do as well as my actual dissertation. I would say go for it and get your supervisor involved. Good Luck

I would include the names and contact details of 2 referees - make sure you ask them first if they are willing to provide you with a reference if needed!

Oh, and something else, how many references should I include? Should I just write their contact info, or should I ask if they could write something for me, or should I tell my potential "employer" that I can arrange letters of recommendation if he wishes me to?
