Team, Is a PhD from a New Zealand University eqivalent to that Of the UK? Also how long would a PhD (fulltime) take in New Zealand? What's the best New Zealand University for Science/Medical Research.

Dear Team, if I dont want to go into working in academia, is the highest qualification achievable a Masters degree and not a PhD?

Hi I am from Poland and do not understand the english sytstem of education and wondered if you could explain it to me - is it correct that the first exams a student takes (the lowest level) would be GCSEs then the next highest level is A-Level, then the next highest level is Bachelor degree, then the next highest is Masters degree then the highest is Doctor degree?

Can someone tell me. I have a studentship in leeds of £13k. Are the fees to paid from this or are they aslready paid?
