i'm a student from FRANCE (university of technology of compiegne) want to do a PhD in chemical engineering (filtration, coagulation, extraction L/S, powder technology, reactors design..). Does any one know if where i could get a scholarship for this?

Hi Martin, your question is both intelligent and businessman-like. Its important to know where yu r going b4 yu start. But I think there is more to PhD than salary depending on how you market yourself as a Doctor. ..Think of appointments in your specialist area -Federal, Political, advisory,with big portfolios and trappings. PhD is a good catalist if you are upward looking!

my phd interview at bristol university was awful! they gave me data to interpret and asked e loadsof questions on how I would like to start he project!!! it was horrible-even reading the groups journals could not prepare me for the question

yes it is much easier toget on a msc course so aply at a god instition and it ahould help u get a phd!

i think thet are about 1500 per year-call admisions office to check
