Well his surname is Staub and his initials are A.M.

I guess you need to google to find out his full name (so what A and M stand for). Does the original article not say? Or you can use which institute he's from.

Another thought, did you set up a British bank account 3 years ago? If so, you can ask your bank to give you a copy of an old statement (you have to pay probably).

Do you mean National Insurance number?

If that is what you mean, then I think you can use that. You need to be a resident to have one. Although, how can they check that you have had it for 3 years?

Jojo, only way to improve your score (and get faster) is by lots of practise.

There are a few books out there that have practise tests (try online too). There is a certain technique you have to employ to be successful in these tests and practise basically teaches you this.
