I think Birmingham University is much better. It has a lot of study benefits and has a lot of affiliations which I think will provide a lot more opportunities when you graduate. You can also enroll in their distance learning if you are not able to personally go to school. And, if you are in need of financial assistance for your study, they could also provide for you. You just have to inquire for the requirements though.
