For those of you who are interested... I visited Athina on Friday (it was great, all the doctors and nurses were calling her "doctor" because of her PhD, her supervisor visited too (weird), her family was very happy; generally it was like a celebration). Athina looked much better, she asked if H got married (she feels like she has been in the hospital for ages as she said and she has lost time perspective), who is the current bf of DJ, if sylvester is with his greek flatmate, if Ann is around and about to finish (Ann are you submitting soon?)and lots more. She also said: Come on, tell me Maria's bad comments

Hi guys! Things are getting better for Athina! Not in the intensive care anymore and in one month or so she will hopefully be at home!!! Havent seen her yet but I am going to visit her next week! I will pass on best wishes from all of you guys!!!

Hi all. First of all, Athina sends her regards to all of you and she thanks you all for caring. She even joked asking me to tell you: "You see what you get when you get very stressed with your PhD".

I saw her yesterday evening for first time. She is not so well... :-( I am very emotional at the moment. I was shocked to see how one person can be healthy and shiny one day and next day to be in such a bad situation :-(. She is gonna have a surgery on Thursday at 10:00 (if everything goes all right until then), so lets all hope for the best!

Nothing similar has ever happened to me but my mum (who is not religious) says that she has seen an angel! Also a friend of mine had told me when her dad died, that for a period of time after his death, the lights in their house were going off and on by themselves at a specific time of the night! Weird! I dont have reasons not to trust these people (especially my mum ), but it is just me that I cant believe in such things (opps, I d better check into my wardrobe).

I dont know, she never told me anything (not that I know her for that long). I am just shocked because I saw her almost a week ago when she got back from a holiday and she looked very happy and "healthy".
