I've just come back from a long holiday and now I'm down with a fever.
I think its the stress from travel; strange, holidays are supposed to let us relax but we end up getting more stressed thinking about insurance, is the house locked, is the water leaking, long flight hauls etc.

If a student has submitted his masters thesis in 2003 but the viva was held in 2004, does this mean the Masters was completed in 2004 or 2003?

this reminds me!! back in my undergrad days I had a friend whose boyfriend did her assignments for her :-) :-) :-)
he actually enjoyed doing them--and all she had to do was concentrate on the labs and prepare for the FINALS!!!!!!!
