I am in need of some advice please
I asked my landlord for a bed (before moving in), this was asked through the agency,
he apparently agreed

it has been already 5 months and no news from the landlord (or the bed!)

the real estate lady is really nice about it, telling me she will call or email the landlord, but then the week passes, and nothing happens.

If I stop paying rent (because he has not sent me a bed!) I will receive bad credit upon myself.
I continue to pay rent and there is no bed.
If this is the case, then a tenant is always at the losing end.

Is it possible for the landlord to agree to something in the beginning, and then change his mind about it and keep quiet and ignore all calls/email from the real estate agency?

What else can I do?

In a convent in Ireland , the 98-year-old Mother Superior lay dying. The nuns gathered around her bed trying to make her last journey comfortable. "Mother," the nuns asked earnestly, "Please give us some of your wisdom before you leave us." She raised herself up in bed on one elbow, looked at them and said: "Don't sell that cow."

hi, please can somebody give me some advice:

1. If silver is silver, then sterling silver is just plated silver, right?
2. If one wears silver jewelery (say necklace) would we have to remove it everyday before taking a shower?
3. Is anyone wearing silver jewelery without taking it off everyday?

someone gave me a very nice silver necklace, I'm finding it a hassle to put on/open the clasp.
I also want to keep it looking new for as long as possible.

hi everyone I'm wondering if its just me or the long sun hours.

Is anybody having trouble sleeping at night or eating dinner during this time?

I find that dinner time doesn't feel like dinner time and I don't have much appetite.
I also can't fall asleep now, it seems too bright all the time.
And when I wake up, I also don't have any appetite for breakfast.
The only time I really feel hungry is around noon and that's because I did not have any breakfast.
