You just haven't found it yet (your phd acceptance). I know what racial discrimination is like because I come from a country which boasts of racial harmony, happiness and tolerance but......(if I say more, and they find out, they will catch me and put me in jail...... :p ).

In my home country, you cannot even make a critical comment on the government. you will be promptly tucked away in a retention center. But where I come from, people are mostly nice because we have been taught (and conditioned from childhood) to be nice and believe that everything is the way it is because it is the way it should be. As a result, most people grow up to be politically ignorant (like me). There is no freedom of press and racial discrimination is definitely there. Sadly this is the truth. As I said...if I am found out speaking more, I will do phd from jail

I am not sure about another thing: using mean-centred scores in the regression; when we put into regress them, why do we use mean centred scores for predictors? And if we use mean-centred scores in the predictor, the dependent variable is not mean-centred. Why is that.

wow your statistics must be really solid. My sample size used is 32. I had 5 predictors; when you say 10-15 cases per sample what does it really mean. If I had 32, is it 32x5 then for the predictors? I also had some negative B values for some of the predictors.

how can I improve the B values, is there any way, besides adding the number of cases.

sneaks help......are you there.. i have in my 2nd block, r2 change of 0.04 but not significant.
But F is significant for this model but has a lower value compared to block 1.

Does this mean that when I have the added predictors in the 2nd block, they are not useful

you have to learn how to research them.

and google for papers by Feyereisen R, she wrote a lot on this topic
also you might want to narrow down to which family of p450s you are looking for; and which subfamily
then you can focus properly on your paper

you need to do this by yourself otherwise i might as well write the paper for you

when we do repeated measures GLM, there is an option for repeated or polynomial.
but will they give the same result.
I ran on my sample, and it looked the same. So if it is the same, what is the repeated or polynomial for then.
