Yep, im still going in Childs, i sent off the contract a few days ago. Im in the self-catering bit too! im slightly warming to the idea of living in these halls, like u said, its not all bad and im sure we'll adjust.

I just got offered accomdation in Childs Hall at Reading uni. Is anyone out there a current Reading student/veterin? I just wanna know what Childs Hall is actually like.

Sylvester, I just finished my undergrad at Aber. its not without its charm, just be prepared to feel a bit isolated and cut-off from the rest of civilisation!

Is anyone out there a NERC funded PhD student?

I have been offered the place and everything, but the uni cannot guarentee me accomodation until i have confirmation (presumably written) of my funding, and this has to be before 31st July.

Does anyone know when my actual confirmation will come through from NERC?
