I basically have an intro, which is "there is a problem, here are some stats to prove there is a problem"

Lit review which is "here's what peple have initially suggested - but its all rubbish"

and methods - which, because I'm using a certain group of participants, I think I need to discuss the various ways (e.g. social identity theory) this can be done and has been done throughout the literature - what stances these methods take (e.g. positivist) and eventually what I'm doing (I have no idea yet - I'm hoping I'll work this out as I write it!)

for all those doing a theoretical review, where have you put it?

I *think* I need to do one, and was going to put it in my methods chapter - is this totally wrong?

I'd like to know the answer to this too. I think it may have something to do with how you copy the library i.e. whether you just copy and paste it, or whether you go into endnote and ask to make a copy???

Still haven;t worked it out though!

I don't think bach's rescue remedy is just for women, I think its just marketed that way, I don't think there's anything hormonal or otherwise in it that would be harmful for a man? I give it to my dog for long car journeys :-)

I'd go back to your GP, they could either presribe something better, and/or refer you to some kind of counselling or to someone who can help with stress/anxiety reduction.

have you tried bach's rescue remedy? If you think its anxiety beyond 'normal anxiety' you may want to see your gp about it.

I lost 3 stone in my 1-2nd year, because I was getting married. I did that by eating about 800 kcals a day, being starving, headachey and making sure I did at least 50 mins of cardio a day.

Then I got married and as i walked out of my reception I just started eating lol. So I've put back on most of that weight.

I'm now trying to lose it again, but slower. I'm just trying to eat less sweets, less cheese (this is a real issue for me!) and exercise more.

ah, you need to put boiling water in it. I know I know, you're not supposed to, but if you check it regularly to make sure the seals aren't wearing and there's no leaks they seem to be fine! You just have to wrap a towel around it for the first 2 hours otherwise its too hot!

right, I've done the weekly shop, been for a long dog walk, spent about an hour putting all the weekly shop stuff into little sections in the freezer and I've had lunch. FINALLY I'm at my desk.

The stats bloke at my uni says, when looking for multicollinearity in regression anything >.6 you need to be thinking about it being 'highly correlated', but generally I'd say .7 is high.

If you've provided definitions, then I'd just point the examiners to that. Being examiners, they should really have their heads around the terminology I would imagine, as they'll be closer to your field of research than others who have read through (?)

I've had this, I think I usually go to the line spacing option on the ribbon, get the drop down menu and it has two opetions at the bottom, which say add/remove space before (and after). If you play around with these options you should be able to get it eventually!
