Is there a minimum number of cases/participants required for SEM?

Is there a rule e.g. you need ? number of participants per variable entered??

Both! although I can run on the spot with my Wii fit for AGES. i think its probably just the impact on my lower back which is essentially F****D to put it politely. I have a ton of metal in it to support various sections and I look like a teddy bear (with a big 'zip' like scar up the back). When I jog for my wii fit I do it on a little trampolene to absorb the impact.

is there anything that actually stops someone popping under the barrier and joining in on the marathon?

I would like to train for the marathon, but I'm so unfit, I can't even run for 30 secs. Last year, I got up to cycling for 50 mins on my home bike, like spinning classes crazy. But I STILL couldn't run for more than 30 seconds!

I guess you could take a  lot of cod liver oil and glucosamene (sp?)

I've done goals 1, 2 and 3. Just about to start the last one. I have also washed the dog which was yesterdays goal - the smell was getting too much!

it is a bit disheartening, if you don't get round to publishing papers from your PhD, then only about 3 people will ever actually read it through properly. I wonder if anyone would actually notice if you just had a chapter of nonsense in the middle (mines already got a few of them!)

It must be quite hard to make it as a politician if you haven't gone to the 'right' school and uni, didn't John Prescott go to cambridge?

my mum proof reads my papers - as she actually understands grammar rules, which are beyond me. She's also good at thinking of better ways to phrase things. My subject is reasonably 'easy access' but I don't think she reads the content - just looks for mistakes if that makes sense. If I finish work I send it on, but I doubt she ever reads it, even the articles I've done for the press etc which use laymens terms etc and are very easy to read. I guess thats why peopel say the viva can be nice because its a chance to talk to someone who 'gets' your work!

Interestingly their "vote for change" campaign has pretty much backfired in my constituency, because we've had a Tory MP for about 100 years and the same one for about 20, so a vote for change would mean turfing him out :p

I think I preferred the original harrhausen one I think. My hubby went out and bought a kids book about the greek myths after watching it and playing 'god of war' - he didn't want a complicated one and was really embarrassed in the shop :p

yeah, a bit harsh, although she does have snake hair which is probably the marker of a B**** if I had to call it.

I thought the CGI for her was a bit too computer gamey - I was really surprised they didn't make her more human if that makes sense.
