I have 2 endnote libraries. How do I only put in citations from one library?

At the mo, when I'm in word, I click "insert citation" and then it brings up ALL my references ,from BOTH libraries. I obviously only want the ones from 1 library to come up. Anyone know how??

In APA format references...

I have a report by an organisation e.g. office for national statistics. But I really want to cite them as ONS, not office for national statistics - but I want it to appear like that in the references - is there a correct way of doing this?

I was just having a quick search around trying to find how to cite an article I use sometimes and quite by accident I found my very first google scholar entry!

make sure you are using the ~= sign NOT the = sign. You are telling SPSS "I want to do analysis on everything that doesn't equal ??"

So

Number ~= 2 & Number ~= 5 & Number ~= 7

Great! Just make sure that if you want to go back and use these cases in the analysis, to undo what you've done (i.e. unexclude them) by going back to data > select cases. (up)(up)(up)

If you want to know whether you have excluded those cases from analysis then the number on the left column (the colum in grey) wil have a slash through it. The numbers/values will still be there, but SPSS just won't run analysis on them.

See the slashes through the grey column on the left? - if you have excluded them then this slash will appear on the correct case and then whatever you do next e.g. t-test, regression etc. won't include these cases, not until you go back to data>select cases and open it back up to ALL cases being analysed.

ooh tricky. I would probably agree with you - he's shallow. BUT what man isn't lol. I remember a student house down the road from me - we were vaguely friends. One of the girls in the house did the same thing when she graduated and all the boys tongues were lolling when they saw her again, after 3 years of dismissing her as an ugly fat girl. Men!

But there's nothing you can do about it, you'll come across as the evil friend. I'd just let it take its course. Her self esteem is probably still pretty awful, even though she's got a confidence boost, so she's probably latched onto him because of this. If he is that shallow he'll soon get bored. I'd just be there for her when he leaves and hits her esteem even more. :-(

I think the problem comes when its on concrete - all that pounding just isn't good. my surgeon told me (with actions) that I could perhaps go running on a VERY sandy beach, but no other surface!
