The autosave is, in theory, okay. The trouble is when you're working with a big document and it taking ages to autosave, so you have to halt halfway through a sentence because the computer won't do anything. Frustrating!

My computer has an inbuilt function which analyses how long it was since your last save and runs complex algorithms to determine the importance of your work and how close to the deadline it is. If the work matches all these criteria, it will promptly crash without saving.

Quite a few around here have webpages. I have one, but then I've appeared on the webpages of most companies I've worked for without incident (for the last 7 years). I wouldn't worry about it, so long as you're not giving out personal data, use your webpage to sell yourself to the world.

I have a friend who is insistent on adding a new note of everyhting he's done and thought day. Everyday without fail. Quite why he thinks anybody would be bothered to read it escapes me. It also takes up loads of space on the news page blocking out really important news (well, by facebook standards!).
