Presumably you keep quiet about the writing up part. That said, you need to get your council tax exemption.

She said on a previous thread she lived in the Northern Territory for 20 years - seemed a logical step.

It does indeed vary, but most have a basic standard of provision such as a computer and a desk and maybe a telephone. But some unis are better at this than others.

One point of order Sezgin, "clearing" applies to undergraduate degrees, not PhDs.

Tuition Fees and the Top Up Fees

Ditto DanB, top ups won't affect you, although it begs the question how top up fees will affect people's degree choices, knowing that they have alot to pay back. Could this spell the end for the history degree?
