If I were you I would try to stay on PhD no matter what. I know its easy for me to say because I am not in your possition. But It would be such a shame if you have to give up your dream.
Hello,
Does anyone know how final marking work out to determine what grade you get for your Masters degree? I know that 8 modules are worth 15 credits each and Dissertation is 60. Does what mean I can calculate my final mark by adding all the grades I got and dividing it by 9, or is it more complicated? I did ask a few tutors however noone is replying back, and because I am a distance learner I don't get to just go in and ask anyone. There is no info about this on uni website.
Hello,
I am on my final year of part time Master’s degree in Computer Science. I am studying it remotely so I only require to attend the university for exams.
All I have left to do now is my Dissertation which is 25000 words. I need to hand in my dissertation proposal before the end of the week, however I am really struggling to pick the name for it. I would really love to do something along the lines of Smart home because this is something I really enjoy. But every time I try to pick the title for it I feel like I have hit the brick wall. I am really struggling with it.
I have contacted my supervisor about it however I am not getting any replies with advice for past few weeks, which is very annoying. I even emailed my supervisors boss but I still got nothing.
