hello,ivepassed certain scholarship test to do foriegn phd with govt funding.Now idont understand how to consult supervizor and choose the topic my area of interest is oncology.My university personnel are telling that i should first find out supervizor then sendapplication to university plz tell me how to contact supervizor.one thing more i want to add that i ve done MBBSso should i strat from MPHILL or MRE or direct phd
