Some universities certainly will, especialy if you can write a good personal statement, and/or have some quite good grades on your transcript. If you are in scotland, try Heriot Watt, i know someone with a low 2.2 that rng up very last minute andgot a place there on a finance MSc
I applied to do an MSc in english literature at edinburgh but havent made the requirements some of the individual grades on my transcript ie. dissertation, arent good enough, although my overall classification is fine. Is it worth writing to the university to ask them to reconsider, or any ideas about what i should do instead?
Also, is a masters in a literature subject worth doing, if i am not trying to follow an academic route, or is it just delyaing the inevitable?
