Hii frnds....m in 1st yr of MBA.In 2nd yr i hv to opt 4 anyspecializatn.m confused as to wht shud i choose betwn Finance n HR..Ilike both of these..but looking to d current situatn , d finance jobs rnt available.Similar conditn is with HR.in my colg. the salary packagemy seniors r getting for HR is very less n their job profile is also ntso gud...m really very confused abt my specializatn.Wht shud i chooseto get a good job profile......Plz reply asap..m waiting.
