What I mean with busy is, he's not in is place recently, he ask his student to do their research mostly independently without giving some guidance (he will never tell his student if we're in the wrong path. He will ask and encourage us to know whether we're on right track or not), his English is very superb even for his native student, and etc. What do you think?

Prestige is good but its not everything. "Top" isn't everything although "top" is nice I agree with you. I have worked with a "top" professor before, and he was very busy as usual (or he was simply not around or hard to find), he pushed all the work to his grad students, and then I felt that he wasn't really that "top" although he was "top".

Do you really think that? But before that, I really thanks for your opinion and advice. That're really like in my thought now. But, do you really think that 221 is not that bad? My uni, where I took my master degree, is in 273 position. What do you think?
