Hi all,

I am interested in further study upon completion of my MRes this year, and I was wondering how viable an EngD is for someone from a scientific background rather than pure engineering? Would I be better off pursuing my own avenue of research through a PhD? I am mainly interested in working in the water treatment sector as it relates directly to the research I am currently involved in.
