Hi,
my name is Alberto and I study modern literature at University of Genoa, Italy.
I want to continue my studies in Uk, and I got some contacts for Ph. D. in Italian Studies at UCL, Oxford and Cambridge. I have a question: is it true that non residence students in Uk can't have the maintenance grant?
