I have done my masters in Environmental Sciences (from Pakistan) and also hold a masters degree in Aquatic Ecology (from Germany). I would now like to continue my studies to the PhD level in the field of Environmental sciences preferably in Conservation Biology. Any country or region is acceptable.

I guess i ahve a similar problem, I have searched a lot for PhD in marine biology in Germany and to my utter disappointment i find that there is no such opportunity here. Perhaps you should look into USA or Canada as there are a lot of opportunities in this field over there.
