Sorry for my bad English... I had to type this at least 10 times and got a bit tired... What I wanted to add is that my 2nd supervisor is considering alternatives, but this may not work as my research is highly specialised.

My professor is sick and may not return to work. Has anyone of you ever heard of universities buying out the contract? I'm in my 1st year and I receive a scholarship.
