Hi it's my first time doing a dissertation, yet alone a masters one I am studying personnel and development and I have chose the topic "to explore and evaluate the impact of the current leadership styles within my organisation". Problem I have is that I feel leadership is so vast it is difficult not to drift. I am also struggling with my literature review as I am trying to discuss leadership styles in SMEs and retail which seems to be very little out there! Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks
