I had my VIVA last December and was told I need to do major corrections. The examiners gave me a ten point list, which I have been working on. I asked my supervisor if I could contact the examiners and send them the chapters where most of the corrections were needed, just to make sure they were satisfied, as I don't want to resubmit the whole thesis to have them say it is still not good enough. She said that I cannot contact them. Do any of you know or have an experience with this issue. It would really put my mind at ease if I knew that after doing the corrections they will allow me to pass, since I don't trust my supervisor's judgement anymore. Thanks!
