Hello All,
I am new here and wanted to confirm few things on PhD application. I graduated in 2006 with 2.1 in Finance and Banking from a university in Nigeria. In 2011, I started MBA in Business Administration and Management in University in the UK and graduated in 2012. However, i did not make distinction but Pass as i was meant to understand my University Teesside Business School award either distinction or Pass. I could have contested my dissertation grade which i was scored about 55% which obviously was the reason but i never knew this option was available to me because i was an international student then
Now,i want use the opportunity offered by the Govt for £25,000 PhD loan which starts this year to see if i can apply for PhD and i was wondering if Pass in my MBA degree would be enough to secure a place for a PhD course as this is something i am keen on.
I currently have about 5 years industry experience in Project Management
Can anyone advise?
