We are looking for a tidy, sensible, and responsible flatmate – student or professional – to take up a double room, starting from the 5th of October. We are two Taiwanese PhD students of University of London in our writing-up stage, a flatmate that is quiet and of matched age (around 30) would be ideal.

Rent is £650/month including bills (electricity, water, gas & Wifi, not including council tax if you are a professional). Deposit of £738.89 will be payable to the leaving tenant, as requested by the landlady. Contract is 1 year.

The flat is connected to a rear garden, to which you will have access (see pictures).

Common areas (hallway, kitchen & toilet, shared by 3) are cleaned regularly, and we hope you are happy and feeling responsible to share the duty.
