Am I an Experienced Researcher?

No that was fine, though I am sorry for m late reply. I was having some time away from tech.

By the way, I got an answer from the agency. It turned out that working as a research assistant does not make you a researcher according to the agency in my country. :)

They asked me for proof that I was doing research? I told them that I have done a 2 years research for my Master's degree, 3 years of research for my Ph.D dissertation, plus I have written multiple articles based on field research. I was like "does that count":)
I don't know if they are going to accept it. I mean I can't understand what kind of proof they want...

Anyway, once again thank you for your answers..

Hi guys,
I am going to finish my P.hd. This semester. for afterwards, a Canadian Prof. accepted to have me as a Post-doc. I am currently Looking for a scholarship.
In one scholarship anouncement the eligibility rules say that you need to be a "experienced researcher".
The definition says that: "Experienced Researchers (ERs) are usually post-doctoral fellows. To qualify for ER positions, they must either be in possession of a doctoral degree or have at least 4 years of research experience (full-time equivalent)."
Ok. I haven't finished my P.hd. yet, but I have been working in a state university as a full time "research asisstant" since my graduation (for 8 years). Do I count as an experienced researcher.
thank you for the answers...
