Just act as what you are in nature. if you trying to moderate yourself it wont work as you think. Again record the interview and transcribe it if you can and see the performance of yourself then analyze the interview.

hmm audio to text software is useful to transcribe the audio or video files normally but through which i cant get the required precession, quality and accuracy so i switch over the transcription service companies.
