I think it's because of some lazy univ. nominated contacts. I received news this early morning...that means that letters arrived yesterday at my univ.

I guess we'll have to wait (at least) until tomorrow. Either our universities have not received any letter yet, or our nominated contacts are lazy...

Just a further confirmation that some letters were sent out on Friday. This is the email I received from ESRC

"Dear

The open competition results have been sent out - some on Friday and the rest today, so you should receive them in the next day or so.

Kind Regards
Julie"

There's still hope until late afternoon today...

Just rung ESRC - the woman that answered had the decisions in the in-tray next to her. They are being posted today.

My Univ. Nominated Contact just told me that yesterday the ESRC had communicated her that they were almost ready and hoped results would have been out today. I guess we'll have to wait until Monday/Tuesday.
